São Paulo's governor Tarcísio de Freitas has requested that Caixa Econômica Federal return $37.6 million allocated for a public housing construction project developed jointly with the federal government and the MTST homeless workers' movement.

The Brazilian Federal Savings Bank (Caixa Econômica Federal) held the draw for the 3003rd Mega-Sena lottery on Saturday night (February 2nd), which had a main prize of R$ 3,199,851.71.
