Farooq Abdullah, president of the National Conference party in Jammu and Kashmir, confirmed that his party will participate in an opposition alliance (INDIA bloc) meeting scheduled for June 8 in New Delhi. Abdullah reiterated the party's commitment to restoring Kashmir's special constitutional status (Article 370), which was revoked in 2019.
