Against the backdrop of the Hormuz Strait blockade, Oslo has stepped up lobbying in Brussels, with Norwegian ministers visiting European institutions' headquarters 11 times this year alone on issues ranging from Arctic policy to trade and space. "Norway is very active and knows how to make its voice heard," said EU Special Envoy to the Arctic Claude Vérion-Réville in an interview in Brussels.
