Brazil's National Health Surveillance Agency (Anvisa) has ordered the removal of batches of Ypê detergents, washes, and disinfectants from store shelves, striking Química Amparo—the manufacturer—during one of its most aggressive expansion phases.

Brazilian household products manufacturer Ypê obtained a court suspension of an Anvisa (National Health Surveillance Agency) recall order for detergent, liquid soap, and disinfectant products with batch codes ending in '1' that were flagged on Thursday due to contamination risks.
