The Member of Parliament for Ofoase-Ayirebi and former Minister for Information, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, has alleged that the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) government has arrested more than 16 members of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) since assuming office.

Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, Lawyer of the Bono Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwame Baffoe, popularly known as Abronye DC, has raised concerns over the health and detention conditions of Kwame Baffoe Abronye, alleging that his client's condition has worsened significantly while in custody.
