Qatar and Egypt discuss US-Iran ceasefire Qatar’s prime minister and foreign minister, Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani, and Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty held a phone call to discuss how to support a ceasefire between the US and Iran, according to a statement by the Qatari foreign ministry.
