The Forum for Security and Democracy (FBD) today welcomed the announcements that the recommendations of the Venice Commission will be "fully" implemented by the end of May, judging that this is a kind of recognition by the government that the adoption of changes to judicial laws, proposed by MP Uglješa Mrdić, resulted in Serbia moving away from the European Union.
