Colombian authorities identified the body of Yulixa Toloza, who disappeared on May 13 after undergoing laser lipolysis at an unlicensed aesthetic center in Bogotá's Tunjuelito district. The 40-year-old woman was found dead on a roadside in Apulo, Cundinamarca. Five suspects, including the unlicensed surgeon Eduardo David Ramos and aesthetics center owner María Fernanda Delgado Hernández, have been arrested in Venezuela on charges including forced disappearance, obstruction of justice, and destruction of evidence. Colombian authorities are pursuing extradition under the 1911 Bolivarian Extradition Treaty.
