The vote of the minister, who is the rapporteur of the case, was cast in the virtual trial of the complaint filed by the Attorney General's Office (PGR) against the former head of the Civil Police of Rio Rivaldo Barbosa, the delegate Giniton Lages and police commissioner Marco Antonio de Barros.
