Prague has a new territorial plan that will take effect on September 1st and will replace the current document from 1999. The so-called Metropolitan Plan was approved by city councillors on Thursday after many hours of debate. Representatives of the public from local associations, councillors of some city districts, and allotment gardeners protested against the approval at the meeting.
