Serial killer Harvey Marcelin won’t get a chance to slay a fourth woman, after a judge sentenced the 88-year-old murderer to life without parole Wednesday.

Harvey Marcelin, seated, was sentenced on Wednesday to life without the possibility of parole, in the slaying of Susan Leyden. Harvey Marcelin was convicted of killing and dismembering a woman in his East New York apartment while on parole following two other killings. [ more › ]
