Director of the Office of the Government of Serbia for Kosovo and Metohija, Petar Petkovic, has said today that there are no grounds or space for Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti to form paramilitary and para-police units outside the existing agreements, much less to deploy them in Serbian environments in northern Kosovo.
