A prototype of the 'Baltic defence line' which is planned to be constructed along the borders of the Baltic states with Russia and Belarus is currently being constructed and tested at the Sēlija military training range in southern Latvia, reports Latvian Television.

It stipulates that the Dutch armed forces will use the new Sēlija military training ranges for military exercises.
