When Communications Minister Samuel Nartey George stood before the Fourth Inter-Parliamentary Conference on Family, Values and Sovereignty and announced that Ghana was moving toward mandatory identity verification for pornographic websites, the moral argument was hard to dispute. Children are being exposed to sexually explicit content online. Something must be done.
