The Superior Electoral Court (TSE) has scheduled June 2nd for the judgment of the appeal by former Rio de Janeiro governor Claudio Castro against the court's decision that condemned him to ineligibility. On March 23rd, Castro was condemned by the TSE until 2030. Due to the conviction, the court ordered indirect elections for the interim term.
